During or after the challenge, you may also choose to complete a follow-up survey about your screen time and wellbeing to help us measure the impact of Scroll Less September.

If you choose to make a donation, your donation will be processed securely through Beyond Blue. We do not collect or store your payment or credit card details.

* Record your chosen pledge

* Send you a welcome email and challenge updates

* Provide motivation, reminders and tips throughout September

* Measure the overall impact of the campaign

Beyond Blue donations

Donations are made through Beyond Blue’s fundraising platform.
